2: Only One person and One Real Estate Broker will be allowed 'On Site' during a Home Inspection.
3: Physical (social) distancing is required at all times.
4: Alcohol-based hand sanitizer, Medical Respiratory Face Masks, Latex Gloves and Shoe Gloves will be made available to all attendees.
5: Post Inspection Reviews, the Condition Assessments for the largest investment they will likely make throughout their lifetimes, their homes, will be conducted over the phone.
We will be updating this list as/when required.

Quebec's provincial OACIQ, Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier, Real Estate Brokerage Self-Regulatory Organization recognizes these 4 standards of practice as an inspection that protects you. Montreal Home Inspection Services meets and/or surpasses those 4 standards and is a memeber in good standing for 10 years with InterNACHI.

2: Perform the home inspection in accordance to Recognized Standard of Practice, SoP.
3: Uses a Recognized Property Inspection Agreement, PIA, that specifies the Nature, Scope and Limitations of their home inspection service.
4: Provides a written report or document afterwards and is willing to discuss the report and findings afterwards to help the client understand what was written.
